In addition, this podcast will provide a platform for Ohio Counseling Association divisions, chapters, and committees to share information and updates. Conversation 5 features Hayle Fisher, LPCC, BC-TMH, who currently serves the Director of Adolescent Services at Premier Behavioral Health Services. Hayle is passionate about providing DBT services to adolescents, young adults, and families. She currently facilitates an adolescent DBT-IOP group and also provides skill support training to parents. Hayle is also the current president of the Ohio Association for Specialists in Group Work.
Join us to explore how we can support teens and their family systems. We explore ways to de-escalate conflict, manage the balancing act of understanding typical versus risky adolescent behavior, and how dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) can support these processes.
